Parking
Parking in Whistler can be challenging due to the influx of visitors during the Winter season in addition to the regular local traffic in the area. There are still some free parking spots (Creekside and Blackcomb) however these do get filled up pretty quickly on busy days. Paid parking spots are also available throughout the resort. Paid parking tends to be more expensive the closer the parking is to gondolas or chairlifts (e.g. Parking under the Pan Pacific Mountainside at Whistler base is right next to the gondolas and lifts and as a result is quite expensive). There are also spots for parking along some roads in the resort area however be sure to check for signs indicating if parking is allowed or rules around parking (e.g. time limits).
NOTE: Pricing and availability of these parking locations may change over time.
